Nestled deep in the mountains near Málaga, down the Cerro del Moro valley lies a deserted little hamlet called La Breña, a quiet corner of tranquillity.
el molino
A rustic & spacious converted former olive mill that sleeps up to 8 people. A hidden place to switch off - or switch on if working remotely,
3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room and kitchen + decent satellite internet.
courtyards, terraces and fields..
..beautiful mountain views, plunge pool, ping pong table, outdoor cinema and gardens
I spy with my little eye.. ..geckos, pomegranates, carob, swallows, olive trees, avocadoes, bats, lemons, almonds, poppies, eagles, mangoes, praying mantis, chameleons, figs, ibex..
hiking, biking, horse riding, river swimming, climbing, chilling, bird watching, star gazing, just be with friends and family.
Water is precious in the south of Spain, and La Breña lacks access to mains water. We depend on collecting rainwater or arranging truck deliveries to meet our needs. With droughts becoming more frequent due to climate change, we must carefully manage and not waste this essential resource.

We are slowly renovating the old olive mill and restoring the land and terraces around it and we would like to share this beautiful place. El Molino in La Breña is available for rent all around the year.
